Hey everyone!

"ANIMA" is the title of my new EP. ANIMA is my third solo release ("Freefall Faith Firestorm", 2007, FFF; " 8 Bullets" 2009, FFF) and consists of 5 brand new Rock Guitar Instrumental songs with a lot of electronic/industrial influences. ANIMA is the first record on which I am using keyboards, synthesizers, samples and electronic drums to enhance the music.

On ANIMA (like on my debut album Freefall Faith Firestorm, it's all me again. Full dose of Vega.. Guitars, bass ,keyboards and drum programming by yours truly,....:) This record will also feature the first song I wrote on piano ever (the title track: ANIMA)! The EP is very melodic, also got some heavy-ness to it and pretty much is like an aural power bar and full of soul:) PURE ENERGY.

Description of ANIMA

My new record, ANIMA, is my personal musical interpretation of the 5 elements in Japanese philosophy ( called the "Godai")

3. "Falkor" (Fu - Wind) Named after Falkor (or "Fuchur" in German, "Falcor" in French). Yes the luck dragon in The Neverending Story :)
A special trait of luckdragons besides their luck, is the ability to FLY despite the fact that they have no wings!

"Void", also meaning "Sky" or "Heaven", represents those things beyond our everyday experience, particularly those things composed of pure energy (Spirit, thought, creative energy). It's the highest of all elements. In martial arts, especially when the fighting is blended with magic or the occult, the power of the "Void" is invoked to connect to the quintessential creative energy of the world.

"Ku" as described in the 5 ELEMENT CODES in Ninjutsu:
The "Void" - is the code for the sub-atomic or 'creative' foundation of all that is. Actually, the term "void" is probably a bad translation when compared to the definition of what the element represents. The English language word "de-void," as in the absence of any pre-determined shape or character, is much closer to defining the nature of this element. Human beings in a higher conscious state are the representatives of this element, just as the sub-atomic material that forms the atoms that group into the molecules that form all other material things in the universe are the base example from nature.

In our bodies, the 'void' element is our ability to think and communicate with others. Mentally and emotionally it represents our creative nature, as well as our personal means of self-expression as we identify with and operate in the world around us.

To me, this 5th - highest of all elemenst- , I call "ANIMA" (Soul). The combination / fusion of all that is and beyond.
